This is a great site Marie - wonderful photographs - I'm looking forward to YOUR take on potatoes :-) - they will be good I know. I feel privileged that this book is in an Encyclopedia of Everything - its a beauty - and your photo's are MUCh better than mine. I can do flat only it appears :-( - the sun here is always so bright, even the shadows are drama queens...
